ADVANCEMENT OF THE YOUTH BY ARTS
FRIENDLYMONSTERS® is a unconventional project for the advancement of the youth by arts, developed by the German sculptor Joerg Schulze. At present (2011) it is proved in over 60 projects all over Germany, plus one in New York, one in St. Petersburg and one in Ecuador. The projects are innovative and creative youth-work, a way to support young people in difficult life-situations. The usable constructions, that are developed and worked out in common are results of this work over months and the visible sign of a successfully running process. This way the involved youngsters (male and female) get a professional training in wooden crafts, arts and architecture.
